A few of our favourites are:

Rich fruit cake, a moist cake laced with brandy
Vanilla sponge layered with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream
Lemon sponge layered with luxurious lemon curd and zingy lemon buttercream
Chocolate sponge layered with Belgian chocolate buttercream or Belgian chocolate ganache
Spiced carrot cake layered with zingy lemon or tangy orange buttercream

All our cakes are made fresh to order with local free range eggs.

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements.

• Nuts: Our fruitcakes are the only cakes that contain nuts as an ingredient, although a nut free recipe is available on request. All of our other flavours do not contain nuts as an ingredient. However, we cannot guarantee that the ingredients that we use are not contaminated, as we keep nuts on the premises.

• Wheat free: We can make wheat free cakes, the fruit cake, carrot cake and chocolate cake work best with the wheat free flour.

• Alcohol: Our fruitcakes are made with brandy, but we can also make them alcohol free if required.
