Flavours
All of our cakes are made fresh to order with local free range eggs from Paxcroft Farm.
A few of our favourites flavours are:
- Bailyes laced sponge filled with Baileys buttercream
- Chocolate orange sponge filled with Belgian chocolate orange ganache and orange curd
- Rich fruit cake, a moist cake laced with brandy
- Vanilla sponge layered with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream
- Lemon sponge layered with luxurious lemon curd and zingy lemon buttercream
- Chocolate sponge layered with Belgian chocolate buttercream or Belgian chocolate ganache
- Spiced carrot cake layered with zingy lemon or tangy orange buttercream
- Coffee and walnut sponge layered with coffee buttercream
- Cherry and almond sponge layered with almond buttercream

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

* Nuts: Our fruitcakes are the only cakes that contain nuts as an ingredient, although a nut free recipe is available on request. All of our other flavours do not contain nuts as an ingredient. However, we cannot guarantee that the ingredients that we use are not contaminated, as we keep nuts on the premises.
* Wheat gluten: As standard all of our cakes contain wheat gluten. We can make any of our cakes wheat and gluten free, the fruit cake, carrot cake and chocolate cake work best with the wheat free flour.
* Alcohol: Our fruitcakes are made with brandy, but we can also make them alcohol free if required
*Eggs: All of our cakes contain free range eggs as standard. We can make egg free cakes on request.
*Dairy: All of our cakes contain dairy. We can make dairy free cakes on request.
*Soya all of our iced cakes are covered with white chocolate ganache that contains soya
