Placing an Order

Lead Times
We ask for at least 3 months notice when ordering wedding cakes, summer months are often booked 9-12 months in advance so please try to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

1 months notice is required for other celebration cakes. in the summer months we are often unable to take on celebration cakes due to already being fully booked with weddings, but please ask for our availability for your date

We may be able to accept orders at shorter notice so please ask.

Prices
Please contact us for a quote. All of our products are custom made, so prices will vary depending on design, number of servings and so forth, but as a rough guide:

Wedding cakes start from £400 for a 3 tier 6,8,10" round plain iced cake to serve 80

Decorated celebration cakes start from £70 for a 6" cake

Cupcakes start from £3 each with a buttercream swirl, a minimum order of 6 is required.

Cookies or cake pops start from £2.50 each a minimum order of 12 is required.

Macarons start from £2 each individually bagged with a ribbon

Stand hire
For cupcakes and mini cakes we have a 7 tier perspex stand this can hold up 100 cakes and is hired at £12 for a 3 day period  A £80 Security deposit is required. 

We also have a range of pedestal stands available for £12 hire for 3 day period and £40-80 security deposit. 

The deposit is refunded when the stand is returned to us in it's original condition. The stand is due back to us on the following working day after an event unless by prior arrangement.

Payment terms
To confirm an order, a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required. The balance is due 1 month prior to delivery of wedding cakes or cash on collection for celebration cakes We accept payment by cash, cheque, and BACS transfer.

 Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order for any reason up to fourteen (14) days before the date of your event, the deposit (40%) is non-refundable. All other monies paid will be refunded by cheque within ten (10) business days. If your order is cancelled less than fourteen (14) days from the designated event date then 100% of the money paid is forfeit. 

Cake Design Alterations
Design alterations can be made up to but no later than 21 days before collection/delivery. If the alteration affects the cost then your balance will be adjusted accordingly.
